Cecille Heath is a communications skill specialist working in a broad range of areas from leadership to executive coaching and program facilitation. She gained commercial experience in various sales roles in the ITC sectors before moving to a career in Communications Consulting, in a leading global organisation. She has worked across a broad range of organisations; public, private and government, including ASX listed firms.
Cecille has worked in this realm for 18 years and has successfully implemented numerous leadership, management and people development programs. Her aim is always to work with participants to assist them in achieving behavioural change so the impact is a tangible business outcome. Cecille uses concepts from emotional intelligence, positive psychology, behavioural sciences and mindset/attitude alongside world best practice tools and techniques.
